Welcome to Karalty (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (karalty.com) you (“you”, “customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

You agree to use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to resell, copy or extract our content or products unless authorised. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

We aim to describe our products accurately (size, fabric, colour) but we cannot guarantee no variation due to lighting, fabric print batches, or monitor settings. All prices are in CAD, exclude taxes unless stated, and are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order you are making an offer that we may accept by dispatching the product. Payment must be in the form accepted at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are errors in pricing or product availability.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, arrival times are out of our control and now in the hands of the shipping service that was selected. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, carrier issues). Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout. 

Our Refund Policy (see below) forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy for eligibility and process.

All content on this site (logos, designs, images, text) is owned by Karalty or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any of our content without express permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karalty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or purchase of our products.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted online and the “Effective Date” will change. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
