Refund Policy

At Karalty we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review the policy below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
     

  • Product must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
     

  • Customised items (e.g., personalised embroidery) are not eligible for standard returns unless defective.

How to Return

  1. Email karaltyschrunchie@gmail.com to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
     

  2. Ship the item at your cost using a trackable provider.
     

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that each request will be treated fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure your maximum satisfaction. 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of processing.
     

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
     

  • For items that are defective, please contact us at karaltyschrunchie@gmail.com with photos. We will assess and may offer repair, replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a size or colour exchange, let us know at karaltyschrunchie@gmail.com. We will send instructions. Exchange shipping charges may apply.

Late / Missing Refunds

If you are yet to receive a refund after 10 business days please contact us. We will investigate.
