Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, shipping rates vary and depend on your order and where it is shipped to. The shipping rate will be determined at checkout once you enter your complete shipping address.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized items may take longer (see product page for details). During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We offer standard shipping and may provide free shipping promotions when order value exceeds a set amount. Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather, or address inaccuracy.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate and to monitor delivery.

If a carrier fails to deliver because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or you are unavailable, you may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.
If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Please note that orders sent outside Canada may incur additional customs duties, taxes or VAT charged by the destination country.
